You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
5. Orders and Service Activation
Services are generally activated after successful payment and completion of any required verification or provisioning process.
Payment does not necessarily guarantee immediate activation. Certain services may require manual review, domain verification, technical configuration, identity verification, or third-party approval.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the order contains fraudulent information, involves unauthorized payment, violates applicable law, creates an unacceptable security risk, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
6. Payments
You agree to pay all applicable charges for the services you purchase from CodeSlice.
Prices displayed on our website may change from time to time. The applicable price at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction unless otherwise stated.
Some services may be recurring services, including hosting, domain renewals, software licenses, subscriptions, and maintenance services.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information where automatic renewal is enabled.
7. Domain Registration Services
CodeSlice may provide domain registration and related services through third-party registrars, registries, resellers, or domain service providers.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies, terms, requirements, and procedures of the applicable registrar, registry, domain extension, and governing organizations.
7.1 Domain Availability
A domain search result does not guarantee successful registration. A domain may become unavailable between the time it is searched and the time the registration request is processed.
7.2 Domain Renewal
Customers are responsible for ensuring that domains are renewed before expiration.
Failure to renew a domain may result in suspension, expiration, additional restoration fees, loss of the domain, or deletion and re-registration by another party.
7.3 Domain Transfers
Domain transfers are subject to the requirements of the applicable registrar and registry. Transfers may require authorization codes, domain unlocking, verification, or other requirements.

We do not guarantee that every product will remain compatible with every future version of WordPress, PHP, browsers, operating systems, hosting environments, third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or other software.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before installing updates or making significant changes.
12. Website Development and IT Services
For custom development, migration, consulting, maintenance, optimization, or other professional IT services, the scope of work may be defined separately through an order, quotation, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written communication.
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope, additional work may be charged separately.
Project timelines are estimates unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed upon.
13. Customer Content
You remain responsible for all files, websites, databases, applications, emails, text, images, media, software, data, and other content that you upload, store, transmit, or publish using our services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute such content.
14. Backups
Where backups are included with a service, they are provided as a recovery convenience and should not be considered the customer's only backup.
Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of important data.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a specific service agreement, CodeSlice does not guarantee that every backup will be available, complete, or restorable.
15. Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable security of their applications, accounts, passwords, plugins, themes, scripts, and other software.
We may take security measures including blocking malicious traffic, limiting abusive connections, suspending compromised accounts, temporarily disabling affected services, performing security checks, or restricting access following suspected abuse.
16. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a specific service-level agreement expressly provides such a guarantee.
Services may be affected by:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance.

- Network issues.
- Data center incidents.
- Third-party provider outages.

17. Third-Party Services

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, pricing, and availability requirements.
18. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and any applicable refund policy presented at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of certain digital and infrastructure services, some products or services may be non-refundable once provisioned, registered, activated, downloaded, or used.
This may include, where applicable:
- Domain registration fees.
- Domain renewal fees.
- Certain third-party service fees.
- Software licenses after activation.
- Downloaded digital products.
- Custom development work already performed.
- Server provisioning fees.
- Services already consumed.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate a service if payment is overdue, fraud or payment abuse is suspected, the service is used for prohibited activity, the customer violates these Terms, or the service creates a security or operational risk.
We may also take action when required by law, a registrar, registry, upstream provider, payment processor, or other authorized third party.
20. Intellectual Property
All CodeSlice trademarks, branding, website content, documentation, software created by CodeSlice, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials remain the property of CodeSlice or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit CodeSlice proprietary materials without authorization.
Customer-owned content remains the property of the customer or its respective owner.
21. Privacy

You agree to indemnify and hold CodeSlice harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, customer content, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized use of our infrastructure.
26. Changes to Services
We may modify, discontinue, replace, or update services from time to time.
Where a material change affects an active paid service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice where practical.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided by CodeSlice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal rights.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
